As a Virtual Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Cold calling leads to source potential property sellers
- Booking of appointments
- Texting leads (if part of the service requested by the client)
- Admin VA tasks (such as calendar management, SMM,
Skills and Attributes:
- Must have at least 1 (one) year cold calling or admin experience in a VA setup
- Experience working in a BPO company (Voice Account, Sales Background a plus) is a plus
- Must be proficient in basic Microsoft Office tools
- Willing to take in calls, or admin tasks
- Acclimate to work at night shifts
- Highly motivated and must have strong work ethics
- Has positive attitude and is aspiring to grow
- Reliable and flexible
You MUST HAVE the following System Requirements:
- PC/Laptop with at least intel core i3 and 8GB RAM (Main and Backup)
- Stable wired internet connection at least 25mbps speed (Main and Backup)
- Noise cancellation headphones
- Webcam/Built-in camera for Training
